I TYPICALLY HATE fake marriage tropes. Fake dating okay but to legally marry someone for some ulterior motive…. It’s not for me. BUT WHEN THE MMC HAS BEEN PINING FOR HER FOR 15 YEARS! The traditional dislike for fake marriage gets thrown out the window. I loved this. I loved every cozy bit of this. I loved the footnotes in Jonah’s chapters it fit the vibe so well. I loved the amount of time that passes between the two characters. The slow burn was a success. There is very little I have to complain about The only odd this was reading my name. I don’t have a very common one it just felt so strange reading Sadie all over the place cause… I’m Sadie?
