I like the fact that this is like a prequel to the first book and I understand that this book is very important to the story. However, I did think this book lasted very long for what it actually told us. I did enjoy it enough to want to continue, but I don't think this will be my favourite trilogy of Rina Kent. I don't have much to add, will be starting the final book asap!
