Nothing is right about this place or the other students in it. Here I am, a mere mortal among gods...or monsters. I still can’t decide which of these warring factions I belong to, if I belong at all.

I only know the one thing that unites them is their hatred of me. Then there’s Jaxon Vega. A vampire with deadly secrets who hasn’t felt anything for a hundred years.

But there’s something about him that calls to me, something broken in him that somehow fits with what’s broken in me. Which could spell death for us all. Because Jaxon walled himself off for a reason.

And now someone wants to wake a sleeping monster, and I’m wondering if I was brought here intentionally—as the bait. ***INCLUDES 3 BONUS SCENES FROM THE HERO’S POV*** Don’t miss a single book in the series that spawned a phenomenon! This book was cheesy and adorable and I utterly adored it. It brought me right back to being 16 years old reading vampire academy for the first time. This book made me laugh out loud at how ridiculous it was in the best way.

If you are someone who likes serious fantasy reads with a clear plot, lots of action, and low humor, then this book is not for you don't waste your time lol However, I loved it! This was like twilight and old wattpad fanfic all wrapped into one, in a good way. More character driven than plot, lots of fluff, but I loved it. A feel good read that had hilarious chapter titles and cheesy humor that had me so engaged and excited to read it. The cliffhanger was BRUTAL though.
