I should’ve known I wasn’t gonna have a good time given my history with Tessa Bailey. Cute? Sure. Stupid? Definitely. It’s a different kind of insecure if harmless summer pranks (3 out of 52 weeks of the year) make you lose trust in someone. Just seems shallow to me. Also, something about the spice just weirded me out.

Okay I did not like this one at all. I tried to keep and open mind and I know they were 21 which is young but it read even younger than that in my opinion. The characters both came off very juvenile which made the fact that there was smutt in this very uncomfortable. Most of this just gave me the ick tbh, I also never went to camp as a kid so it doesn’t have any nostalgia factor to make me give it any bonus points. I haven’t read any Tessa Bailey before except maybe another novella and this does not make me want to try any.
