Cambric Creek #1

Morning Glory Milking Farm

C.M. Nascosta

4.29

When a lifeline appears in the form of a very unconventional job in neighboring Cambric Creek, she has no choice but to grab at it with both hands.

Morning Glory Milking Farm offers full-time hours, full benefits, and generous pay with no experience needed . . . there’s only one catch. The clientele is Grade A certified prime beef, with the manly, meaty endowments to match. Milking minotaurs isn’t something Violet ever considered as a career option, but she’s determined to turn the opportunity into a reversal of fortune.

When a stern, deep-voiced client begins to specially request her for his milking sessions, maintaining her professionalism and keeping him out of her dreams is easier said than done. Violet is resolved to make a dent in her student loans and afford name-brand orange juice, and a one-sided crush on an out-of-her-league minotaur is not a part of her plan—unless her feelings aren’t so one-sided after all.

Morning Glory Milking Farm is a short human/monster romance novel, featuring a high heat slow burn with a lot of heart, and a guaranteed HEA. CWs include: cock milking, non-human anatomy, size difference, and a lot of fluid. It is the first book in the Cambric Creek monster romance series, and can be read as a standalone.

After struggling to find stable work, Violet lands an unexpectedly high-paying job at Morning Glory Milking Farm—a facility that collects minotaur semen for medical research. What starts as a practical way to pay the bills soon turns into something much more personal when she forms an unexpected connection with one of the farm's regular clients. Equal parts cozy romance, workplace comedy, and monster romance, this book fully embraces its absurd premise with surprising sincerity. Okay, not me writing a super serious review for Carrie and giving it fewer stars than Morning Glory Milking Farm. Oops. But honestly? Sometimes you just need to vibe with a book and meet it where it is. This was absolutely one of those experiences. This book isn't trying to be profound, and I think that's exactly why it works. It's completely ridiculous, yet it's written with such sincerity that I couldn't help but buy into it. The amount of thought that went into the logistics of... well... a minotaur milking farm deserves some kind of award. Every process, policy, and workplace detail was so unnecessarily well thought out that it became downright hilarious. And somehow—against all odds—it was also... dare I say... kind of hot? Yeah, I don't know either. It's ovulation week over here, so don't judge me. If you're looking for something deep and life-changing, keep scrolling. But if you want a wildly entertaining palate cleanser that fully commits to the bit and somehow makes you root for a woman who gets her dream job at a minotaur collection facility... this is your sign.
