Tate is moving in with her brother and finds a drunk man sitting outside the door. She doesn't know what to do and calls her brother. The man turns out to be her new neighbor, Miles, and her brother's best friend. She let's him in and gets him settled when he calls her someone else name. The next day, they start over and have an instant connection. They come up with an agreement and fling, but there are rules. Tate can't ask about Miles's past and can't expect a future with him. She doesn't bat an eye... at first. She starts falling for him and doesn't know what to do. I absolutely loved this story! Miles is so broken and just doesn't know how to love anymore, but Tate helps him without even realizing.
