Honestly, I really did enjoy the book, and I thought Lennie was an adorable character. He was just so clueless and innocent, and had so much faith in George, and even though in the end after Lennie had accidentally killed Curley's wife (it was her own damn fault), I'm glad it was George that shot his friend rather than one of the workers from the ranch. I know Lennie's just a fictional character, but part of me's hoping his heaven is on that place he dreamt of going with George, with the rabbits and the fruit trees. The only thing I didn't like about the book was the ending few lines: when Carlson and Curley were talking and it said, "Now what the hell you suppose is eatin' them two guys?" It felt like kind of a dull way to end the book.
