I wish I could give half stars, I would say this is a solid 3.5 almost 4. The overall plot was better than I was expecting. There were some beautifully dark lines written in here and the story between the MCs trying to recover from their self harming addictions was really well done. And that ending… heartbreakingly perfect. I would have loved to see this unfold into a “why choose” between the trio… I mean, it would have been therapeutic for everyone. 🌶️4/5 Now for the smut… the smut was good, until it wasn’t… I mean it could just be me, but there were some terms here that personally gave me the ick… why are they always trying to "knead" breasts... all I cant think about is a cat pressing it's paws into you trying to make biscuits... Ripping someone's IUD out to immediately knock them up… wtf? Hitting someone’s cervix? Can we just not… Boner… very unsexy... and juvenile… Theres also this scene, where they are in the car, and he’s sticking his hands down “her pants” - then he takes HIS pants off but theres no mention of where hers go… but he just y’know gets in there like they don’t exist… the logistics are not logisticing… fine I can look past that one.

This book was incredible, devastating and heartbreaking but also absolutely beautiful.
