This was a sweet heartfelt read. When a freshly cured Elliot goes to meet the girl who donated her stem cells thus saving Elliot’s life the last thing she expects is for said girls boyfriend to be the guy she spent one wonderful night with right before her surgery a year ago. Elliot has been thinking about Jamie ever since. At times it was heartbreaking but it was really touching at the same time. It was such a nice change that the ex-girlfriend (current for a bit) wasn’t an evil bitch you want to screw over. She was sweet and kind and literally saved Elliot’s life. Which just made the story all the more devastating. Throughout the story Carly was always a kind person which made everything so much harder for Elliot. No cheating in this don’t worry. 🌶️ 1/5 completely closed door which I wasn’t anticipating. Tell me why the dream scene had more detail than when they finally got together.
