2.5⭐️ I can't figure out if this was worth it or not. The ending was cute enough, the last 50 or so pages being what I wanted to read and all...but the build-up was nothing short of cringeworthy. Although, I do believe there is some praise to be had. I started and finished this within three hours. It really is a good book if you're looking for a quick and easy mindless reading experience. This just wasn't my particular cup of tea, and I honestly don't understand what I read so differently to garner the recommendation of other highly praised and known authors.

This was cute, super low stakes, and had some funny moments I enjoyed. Overall not too bad, an easy vampy read. 🌶️ 2/5 Theres a few spicy scenes but I wasn't super into the main relationship, seemed the chemistry was lacking for me. Its one thing to have a few hundred year old vamp with a younger human, but the mmc sounded so old (by design for plot).
