OKAY THAT ENDING! 3.5 rounded up Yess I went into this with low expectations because the only other book I read by this author I ended up hating. But this being a thriller and not a romance made it work so much better for me, a lot of the book was predictable. The fact that they were both killers and binding things way heavily implied throughout the book but there were still twists and surprises and I wasn’t sure how it was going to end. And who was going to end up killing who. Or if they were going to be murdering partners together. The ending truly had me cackling at parts and I really liked how everything ended up. I honestly would like to read more with this character that’s how good the ending was. Once we seen the real person behind the mask I was obsessed. I will officially be checking out more of her thrillers because I enjoyed this. Also the audio was really well done at both the “cute” and psychotic parts. Great narrators.

*☆3 stars☆* What a red-flag of a vacation.. Grace Evans, a beautiful and hard-working New York woman, loves taking trips around the country to escape her busy life. When she arrives at an Airbnb on a beautiful ranch with an equally beautiful and hard-working man, Calvin Wells, her ideal vacation has just begun.. until she realizes that she shouldn't have come here. No ground-breaking writing with this read but sometimes, you just need a silly, popcorn mystery to break up the monotony of other genres. It has dual-pov from the two main characters which broke up the story nicely and made it more interesting. Highly recommend this if you're a lover of mystery and are just here for vibes. If you can easily spot the culprit in typical mysteries, this may not be fun for you.
