Ugh this is the third time reading this book and it is still so so so good. I love the way it is written, its so silly and goofy while also following an interesting story line. This book reads so easily and I always forget how quickly it is paced and how much happens in this little book. AAH I just love Evie and Trystan. I have only read the second book once and forgot mostly everything about is so I am excited to continue reading this series!! Also fyi: this is be adapted into a tv series and I am so excited who will be casted for Evie and Trystan!!!!!!

I have been following this book since it was just a concept and I’ve always thought it sounded like the most fun idea ever. Finally got around to reading it and it honestly didn’t disappoint. This was such a fun and silly read and I adored it. It feels like watching an animated movie. A story that feels like it takes place in the world of shrek with vibes of mega mind if he was hot (I mean he was, ifykyk) I had so much fun with this one. I listened to the audiobook for most of the story and while I generally don’t enjoy audiobooks as much when they are not dual narration, something about this just worked and it really brought the story to life for me. I can’t wait to read the rest of this series. 0/5 🌶️ No romance yet so unsure of future spice levels.
