I actually don’t have many thoughts about this one. I enjoyed it, but there were some things that annoyed me. The third-act breakup usually doesn’t bother me too much, but this one was actually pointless. The smut is what brought it up to a .25. So, overall, I give this one 4.25 stars, and I really want to read the others in this series!

The Kiss Quotient is basically a gender-swapped 'Pretty Woman' with slight differences, and I really enjoyed it. I love the autistic representation and seeing a man in the role of an escort versus a woman. This is a read that's going to give you perspective even if the miscommunication felt redundant and the reality of the plot felt.. silly at times. I'm not sure why but I find myself disliking the whole "I don't deserve her/him" trope. Other than those things, the characters, their struggles, and their lives felt so realistic and relatable. Omg this was SO adorkable!! I love the awkwardness of the MFC and the chemistry between her and the MC was so cute. I am a sucker for the piano, and when i read about someone who plays in a book, I immediately play it while reading just to feel the full effect. That scene where he walks in on her playing - swoon. I also love how complex the characters are, things theyve had to overcome, and are still working through. I love that hes poor(ish) and set his dreams aside for family, when he makes her the dress UGH so cute how much she appreciates the thought he puts into it. I also love their internal monologues where they secretly pine for each other, its a little annoying they dont just COMMUNICATE how they feel, but i get it and its fun to read their different POVs. 🌶️ 5/5 The spice in this was really hot. Not in the typical down and dirty way, but the way he takes his time with her, and how she finally opens up for him, I really enjoyed this connection they had. NOTES The MFC is autistic, and has some quirks, I love the representation here.
