Noel and Parker were best friends. When Noel left their small town to pursue his dreams, Parker felt abandoned and never reached out to him again. Ten years later and a theater is being renovated and renamed after Noel, and he comes back into town for the announcement. When he runs into Parker for the first time, he is surprised and hopes that they can talk things through. When they finally do, they realize a lot of things went unsaid or misunderstood. They start hanging out and getting close again. But when Noel's time in town is over, he must make a decision. I love this story so much! These best friends were so close and never realized they loved each other more than friends, but when they finally did, it was too late. They both wanted to make sure the other followed their dreams and would never ask them to give that up. Which is what led to them being separated for so long. Received an ARC and give my honest review
