I actually hated every single thing about this book. First I thought it wasn’t back I just wasn’t connecting to any of the characters or the town which should be a character itself in a small town romance. But the mmc trying to go behind the fmc back to “fix” things when it’s about HER family’s farm not his. Not to mention not ever sharing anything about himself and the way he chose to break up with her in the past. Him telling her he said those specific words because they are the ones that broke him as a child. It’s a no for me. DNF at 57% but counting it as read for the trama it put me through trying to read it. Also needs an editor.

I was not expecting some of the secrets and family drama that revealed itself but what small-town doesn't?
